Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of 247injury.lawyer (the “Site”), operated by 247Injury.Lawyer (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Our service
The Site is a free legal marketing and intake service. If you submit a request, we may share it with one or more independent attorneys or law firms that may contact you about a consultation. 247Injury.Lawyer is not a law firm, is not a lawyer referral service, and does not provide legal advice. We do not evaluate the merits or value of any claim, and we do not endorse or recommend any attorney or law firm.
2. Attorney advertising
The Site is an advertisement paid for by participating attorneys and law firms. We do not guarantee that an attorney will contact you, accept your matter, or achieve any particular result. Every case is different, and outcomes depend on the facts, the law, and other circumstances. Hiring an attorney is an important decision that should not be based solely on advertising.
3. No attorney-client relationship
Submitting information through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship with 247Injury.Lawyer or with any attorney or law firm. An attorney-client relationship is formed only if you and an attorney agree to it, usually in a written engagement agreement. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site, and do not rely on the Site to meet any legal deadline. Legal claims are subject to time limits, so if you have a deadline, contact an attorney directly.
4. Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. You agree to provide accurate information, including a phone number and email address that belong to you, and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
5. Consent to be contacted
By submitting a request, you agree that we and the attorneys, law firms, or partners we share your request with may contact you as described in the consent language on our form and in our Privacy Policy.
6. Independent attorneys and law firms
Attorneys and law firms that may contact you are independent and are solely responsible for their advice, services, and fees. Any agreement you make is between you and the attorney or law firm. Before hiring anyone, we encourage you to ask about their experience, fees, and the terms of any agreement in writing.
7. Informational content
Content on the Site is general information only and is not legal, medical, or financial advice. Laws vary by state and change over time. For advice about your situation, speak with a licensed attorney in your state.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 247Injury.Lawyer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from the acts or omissions of any attorney, law firm, or partner, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 247Injury.Lawyer harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by 247Injury.Lawyer or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
